Silkie chicks are $15 each, with a two-chick minimum purchase.
Do you know whether the chicks are hens or roosters?
No. Our Silkie and Showgirl chicks are sold straight run only because they are very difficult to sex accurately when they are young. We may occasionally offer older hens or roosters once their sex can be confirmed.
We commonly have white, blue, black, and paint Silkies. We also occasionally have paint Showgirls, depending on the hatch.
How old are the chicks when they are sold?
Most of our chicks are just a few days old when they go to their new homes. Occasionally, we may also have older chicks available if they have not yet been sold.
Yes, when our incubators are full and eggs are available, we may offer hatching eggs for sale. Hatching eggs are $3 each, and availability depends on how many eggs our hens are laying at the time.

Chicks are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not typically hold them. We may make exceptions in certain situations, depending on availability and pickup arrangements.
We accept cash and Cash App. At this time, no deposit is required.
You will need a secure brooder, a safe heat source, non-medicated chick starter feed, clean water, bedding, and enough space for the chicks to move away from the heat if they become too warm. We recommend non-medicated chick starter for Silkies.
